Susan Fox opened Midway Country Corner in 2006 because Utah needed a cake and pastry shop with flare! She has been in the bakery business for 26 years and had always dreamt of owning her own shop.

“If you can dream it, we can make it!” is her motto .

    Midway Country Corner specializes in unique cakes for any occasion. There are many times where a cake is in order: birthdays, weddings, baptisms, showers, etc. Everyone has family occasions that just plain need a cake!

    Midway Country Corner customers are mostly locals, but people have come from as far as Texas and Nevada for Susan’s cakes. Also, we now offer mail-order cakes that we can ship to you wherever you need an amazing cake - just ask!

    We’re here for customers who want an upscale product for special occasions. We offer many flavors and styles to suit any taste, and we are willing to provide unique and special designs upon request. We also have fresh pastries and specialty drinks available, so stop in and visit!
